Court 3 - Criminal Court Room

The Supreme Court has 3 criminal court rooms of which Courts 2 and 3 are the biggest and can seat 76 people each.

Criminal court rooms are easily distinguished from other court rooms because of the addition of the jury box and the prisoner dock. There is access to holding cells behind the dock and to the [jury room] behind the jury box.

Juries are only used where the accused pleads not guilty. If there is a plea of guilty, the matter will be dealt with by a Judge sitting alone.
